Subscription plans
Folixio provides free and paid access. Free access has limits on the number of records and available features.
A paid subscription unlocks advanced features: higher limits, premium modules, export, and extended analytics.
- Free plan - $0, basic feature set.
- Pro Monthly plan - $4.99 per month, one-time payment for the period.
- Pro Yearly plan - $36 per year, one-time payment for the period.

What the user gets
- Access to the workspace, tasks, projects, notes, and calendar.
- Storage of user content within the limits of the selected plan.
- Access to collaboration tools and personal analytics.
- Technical support via help@folixio.com.
The digital service is provided immediately after successful payment confirmation by the payment provider.

Payments without auto-renewal
Payments are processed through external payment systems. Folixio does not store full bank card details.
Automatic renewal is not used in the current version of the service. After the period ends, access is extended only with a new manual payment.
The amount, currency, and billing period are shown at the payment confirmation step before the transaction is completed.

Refunds and cancellation
The user can pay again at any time after the period ends.
Refund requests are reviewed individually at help@folixio.com according to the current refund policy.

Restrictions and prohibitions
- It is prohibited to use the service for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- It is prohibited to use someone else's payment details without legal grounds.
- Interference with the platform, billing bypass, and exploitation of vulnerabilities are prohibited.
