Scope
These rules apply to all users who pay for, renew, or otherwise use paid Folixio features. By completing a payment, the user confirms they have read and agree to these terms.

Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance according to the selected billing period. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- The user can disable auto-renewal at any time in account settings.
- Cancellation applies only to future charges and is not applied retroactively.
- Access to the service remains active until the end of the already paid period.

Prohibited Use
- Fraudulent activity, use of stolen cards, or unauthorized payment methods.
- Attempts to bypass limits, billing logic, or account restrictions.
- Using the platform for illegal content or malicious automation.
Accounts violating these rules may be restricted immediately, and access to paid features may be disabled without prior notice.

Billing and Charges
Charges are processed by third-party payment providers. Depending on the user region and issuing bank, additional taxes, bank fees, and currency conversion fees may apply.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of payment details and the validity of the payment method at the time of charge.

Refunds
Refund processing follows the separate refund policy and may depend on the payment method, charge type, and account activity status at the time of request.

Compliance
Folixio may request additional verification if required by risk management procedures, anti-fraud controls, or obligations of payment providers.
