Refund terms depend on which partner processed your payment: Paddle or Heleket (heleket.com).

General provisions

The Folixio website offers various payment methods. Rules for subscription cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes depend on which provider processed your transaction. Refer to your payment confirmation email and the payment partner name stated there.

If payment was processed through Paddle, refund terms and related rights are governed by Paddle policy and applicable law: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. If payment was made in cryptocurrency through Heleket, technical and organisational aspects of the payment are governed by Heleket (heleket.com) rules and the separate terms agreed at checkout; for the Folixio product and matching payment to your account, contact our support.

Subscription

For subscriptions made through Paddle: cancellation of recurring charges and refunds follow Paddle buyer terms and the Paddle refund policy (including the buyer portal and instructions from your confirmation email).

For subscriptions or recurring charges where the confirmation shows Heleket: send a request to help@folixio.com with your Folixio account email, payment date, amount, and, where possible, the payment/transaction ID in Heleket. We will clarify crediting status and options within applicable rules and technical limits of crypto payments.

One-time payments and digital products

One-time payments through Paddle are covered by the Paddle refund policy linked above. One-off crypto payments through Heleket: for refunds or adjustments contact Folixio support at help@folixio.com; for disputes about the gateway use the support channels listed on heleket.com.

Payment partners

  • Paddle is the payment partner for cards and other methods available in Paddle checkout. For payment and refund questions on those transactions the primary contact is Paddle (help@paddle.com) and the Paddle refund policy.
  • Heleket (heleket.com) is the service for accepting cryptocurrency payments. For blockchain transaction details, network fees, and gateway-related questions contact Heleket support.
  • Folixio provides support for the product, access to the service, and matching payments to your account; for Paddle transaction refunds Paddle procedures take priority.

How to request a refund

First identify the partner from your payment confirmation email or the payment method at checkout. Then:

  • Paddle: follow the instructions in the Paddle email and the “Refunds” section at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy; if needed — help@paddle.com.
  • Heleket: write to help@folixio.com with the subject “Refund / Heleket payment”, include your Folixio account email, currency, amount, approximate payment time, and tx/hash or ID from the Heleket interface if available.
  • Briefly describe the reason (duplicate charge, wrong amount, no access to paid product, etc.).
  • Do not send wallet seed phrases or full card details to support; confirmation identifiers are enough.

Timeframes

Review and refund settlement times for Paddle payments depend on Paddle procedures, payment method, and bank. For crypto payments through Heleket, timing depends on network confirmation, gateway settings, and whether a reversal is possible; specific timelines are given when we respond to your request.
